OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated May 23, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 23 of

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 2012, the Dalhousie University-Nova Scotia Agricultural College Merger Act, and subsection (7) of

Section 3 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 2012, the Dalhousie University-Nova Scotia Agricultural College Merger Act, except Sections 16, 17 and 20 to 22, do come into force on and not before May 31, 2012.
