OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness, dated January 14, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 8 of
Chapter 37 of the Acts of 2008, the Counselling Therapists Act , and
Section 18 of the
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of William (Billy) C. MacPherson as a public representative on the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists, made by Order in Council 2019-85 dated March 29, 2019, effective February 11, 2020.
