Order in Council 1243/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1 (1) of the Crown Attorneys Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.49, the appointment of David Allan, of Kenora, as Assistant Crown Attorney, made by the Order in Council numbered O.C. 627-2009 and dated April 22 nd , 2009, be revoked effective September 25 th , 2024.
