OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated July 3, 2002, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Carol A. Canavan, made pursuant to Order in Council 88-209 dated February 23, 1988, while employed with Boudreau, Beaton and LaFosse; and (
b) appoint Carol A. Canavan of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire July 31, 2007.
