An Act to Amend the Financial Administration Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1 The Financial Administration Act,

chapter of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended by adding after

section the following: 42.1 In accordance with the following schedule, the Minister shall publish quarterly fiscal updates that contain revised forecasts of the economic situation and financial condition of the Province for the current fiscal year: (

a) within 60 days after the end of the first quarter of the fiscal year; and (

b) within 45 days after the end of the second and third quarters of the fiscal year. PROJET DE LOI Loi modifiant la

Loi sur l’administration financière,

chapitre des Lois révisées de 2011, est modifiée par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après l’article 42 : 42.1 Le ministre publie des mises à jour trimestrielles relatives à la situation financière qui comprennent des projections révisées de la situation économique et de l’état des finances de la province pour l’exercice financier cou- rant, selon l’échéancier suivant :

a) dans les soixante jours de la fin du premier tri- mestre de l’exercice financier;

b) dans les quarante-cinq jours de la fin des deuxième et troisième trimestres de l’exercice financier.
