OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated July 18, 2012, and pursuant to Sections 9 and 10 of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, of an easement over Parcel E-2 at Lower South River, Antigonish County, Province of Nova Scotia, and being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown on a plan marked
Schedule "B" and the form of easement being described in
Schedule "C", which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being for the public purpose of twinning Highway 104, Antigonish, Antigonish County.
