Order in Council 1612/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act , J. Michael du Manoir of Deep River be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Renfrew County and District Health Unit to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective January 4, 2020 to and including December 31, 2020.
