OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated September 4, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 106 of
Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2000, the Probate Act, and
Section 8 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting probate court practice, procedures and forms in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation effective on, from and after October 1, 2001.
