Order in Council 285/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of the Medicine Act, 1991 , Anu Srivastava of Mississauga be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective March 28, 2025 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
