Order in Council 1716/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 7 of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993 ,

Iman Hashemi Siahpoosh of Etobicoke

be appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Clean Water Agency to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the date this Order in Council is made.

And that Order in Council 906/2023 dated June 29, 2023 appointing James Terry Bender as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Clean Water Agency be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
