OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 17, 2000, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of easements for the purpose of installing, maintaining and using cables for the transmission of communications signals with respect to Crown lands between Beaver Harbour, Halifax County, and Sable Island, and from Sable Island to Cohasset Platform, shown outlined in red and green on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, a body incorporated pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, for the consideration of $25,000 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
