An Act to Amend

Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Securities Act , is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that clauses 1(a), (

b) and (

d) to (

k) and Sections 2, 4, 6 to 16, 18 to 22, 24 and 27 to 32 of

Chapter 28 of the Acts of 2014,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Securities Act , do come into force on and not before February 17, 2016.
