OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated August 21, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and

Section 59C of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to negotiate and enter into a contributory agreement with the Government of Canada to establish the terms and conditions for the development of Nova Scotia's Infrastructure Plan, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to approve the terms and conditions of the contributory agreement with the Government of Canada to establish the terms and conditions for the development of Nova Scotia's Infrastructure Plan, and to execute the Agreement on behalf of the Province of Nova Scotia.
