HEALTH AND LABOUR RELATIONS REORGANIZATION2000 c. 12 1

CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Health Labour Relations Reorganization Act (Assented to June 21, 2000) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Health Labour Relations Reorganization Amendment Act, 2000. S.S. 1996, c.H-0.03, new

section

Section of The Health Labour Relations Reorganization Act is repealed and the following substituted: “Board may not amend regulations Until January 17, 2003, the board shall not make an order pursuant to clause 5(

a) or (
