Order in Council 413/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Andre Paul Baillargeon Smith was appointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective January 19, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 5/2023;

And

whereas Andre Paul Baillargeon Smith tendered his resignation effective March 4, 2024 ;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 5/2023 be revoked effective March 4, 2024.
