OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated April 6, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 29 of
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 2003, the Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Act, is pleased to amend the Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Act General Regulations made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2003-304 dated June 27, 2003, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after May 21, 2004.
