Chapter 348 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Police Act, and

Section 87 of

Chapter 376 of the said Revised Statutes, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve the Agreement between Canada and the Province of Nova Scotia respecting the Contraventions Act attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation as

Schedule "A".
