Order in Council 1145/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Vladimir Nikitin was appointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective June 25, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 957/2020;

And

whereas Vladimir Nikitin was reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective June 25, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 162/2022;

And

whereas Vladimir Nikitin tendered his resignation effective April 2, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 162/2022 be revoked effective April 2, 2022.
