OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated March 5, 2002, pursuant to subsection 16(1),

Section 17 and subsections 94(1) and (2) of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Peter E. Darby of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Chair and member of the Construction Industry Panel, a Division of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), for a term of office of two years commencing April 28, 2002; and (

b) fix the remuneration of Peter E. Darby at the rate of $20,000.00 per annum, plus $300.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends as Chair of the Construction Industry Panel, a Division of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), to the business of the Panel.
