Order in Council 263/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 45.14(2) and 45.14(3) of the Human Rights Code , Ena Chadha of Brampton be appointed a part-time member and designated as Chair of the board of directors of the Human Rights Legal Support Centre for the Province of Ontario for a term of three years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
