OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated December 5, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 20 of the Acts of 1990, the Film Nova Scotia Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Jeffrey M. Larsen of Halifax Regional Municipality as a voting member of the Board of Directors of Film Nova Scotia commencing December 20, 2011, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2010-94 dated March 2, 2010.
