AMENDMENT REGULATION

September 30, 2021 pursuant to

section 28.1 of the Gas Utilities Act.

1 The Natural Gas Billing Regulation (AR 185/2003) is

amended by this Regulation.

Section 5(2)(

a) is amended by striking out "75 days" and

substituting "45 days".

3 This Regulation comes into force on November 1, 2021.
