OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated May 3, 2000, pursuant to
Chapter 312 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Notaries and Commissioners Act, is pleased to revoke the appointments of the following persons as Commissioners for taking Affidavits: Fraser Gillis of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; Ross MacDonald of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; John MacInnis of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; Murray MacIntosh of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; Frank MacKenzie of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; and Charles Wall of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality.
