Order in Council 1709/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen, in right of Ontario, to appoint persons to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Marie-Lison Fougère

be appointed Deputy Minister of Francophone Affairs, effective August 17, 2017, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond June 12, 2019;

And that Order in Council O.C. 945/2016, dated June 13, 2016, be revoked on the effective date of this appointment.
