OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Liquor Control Act dated March 4, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 17 of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to determine salaries for non-unionized employees of the Nova Scotia Liquor Commission at the rates set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation effective on, from and after April 1, 2000, to and including March 31, 2002.
