OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated June 3, 2013, and pursuant to subsection 7H(1) of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act , is pleased to approve amendments to Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation's By-law #4, the Bargaining Unit Collective Agreement By-law, which amend the collective agreements for Nova Scotia Government & General Employees Union Locals 470, 470E and 1670 to provide for adjustment of the remuneration and other conditions of employment of the members of those Locals, as contained in

Schedule "A'' attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective June 10, 2013.
