OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services dated February 4, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services, on behalf of Nova Scotia, entering into a Contribution Agreement with the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, on behalf of Canada, to enable access to a federal grant to support a project for the National Disaster Mitigation Program, in the form of agreement as set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, with such modifications as the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services and the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness determine are necessary, effective on and after March 12, 2020.
