Order in Council 78/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1198/2017, dated June 14, 2017, Andrew Leonard Hallikas was appointed as a member of the Town of Fort Frances Police Services Board for a period of two years effective June 14, 2017;

And

whereas Andrew Leonard Hallikas has, in writing, resigned his appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1198/2017, dated June 14, 2017 appointing Andrew Leonard Hallikas as a member of the Town of Fort Frances Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
