OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, dated September 19, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development and the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, as applicable, to enter into such agreements and execute, in the name of Her Majesty in Right of the Province, such documents and agreements as required to give effect to the purchase and renovation of buildings, equipment and lands located at 361 John Savage Avenue (Dartmouth), Halifax Regional Municipality, being PID 41441932.
