Chapter 211 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Housing Act, is pleased to amend the regulations respecting the Access-A-Home Program, N.S. Reg. 154/93, made by Order in Council 1993-836 dated October 19, 1993, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after May 4, 2007.
