Order in Council 1526/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 444/2016 dated March 23, 2016 that reappointed

Maurice Hudon of Toronto

as a part-time member of the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network and Order in Council numbered O.C. 1052/2017 dated May 18, 2017 that designated him as a part-time Vice-Chair of the board of directors of the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network under the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
