Section 14 of the New Brunswick Income Tax Act,

chapter N-6.001 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2000, is repealed and the following is substituted: 1 L’article 14 de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu du Nouveau-Brunswick,

Part I of the Act is amended in Division B by repeal- ing Subdivision j.1. 6 La

Section 52 of the Act is amended 7 L’article 52 de la Loi est modifié (

a) in subsection (1) in the portion preceding para- graph (

a) by striking out “$200” and substituting “$300”;
