LOCAL AUTHORITIES PENSION PLAN (2018 CONTRIBUTION

RATE CHANGES) AMENDMENT REGULATION

on November 15, 2017 pursuant to

Schedule 1,

section 4 of the Public Sector Pension

Plans Act.

1 The Local Authorities Pension Plan (AR 366/93) is

amended by this Regulation.

Section 13(1) is amended

(

a) in clause (

a) by striking out "10.39%" and

substituting "9.39%";

(

b) in clause (

b) by striking out "14.84%" and

substituting "13.84%".

Section 15(1) is amended

(

a) in clause (

a) by striking out "11.39%" and

substituting "10.39%";

(

b) in clause (

b) by striking out "15.84%" and

substituting "14.84%".

4 This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2018.

CHANGES) AMENDMENT REGULATION

section 4 of the Public Sector Pension

Plans Act.

1 The Public Service Pension Plan (AR 368/93) is amended

by this Regulation.

Section 13(1) is amended

(

a) in clause (

a) by striking out "11.70%" and

substituting "10.47%";

(

b) in clause (

b) by striking out "16.72%" and

substituting "14.95%".

Section 15(1) is amended

(

a) in clause (

a) by striking out "11.70%" and

substituting "10.47%".

(

b) in clause (

b) by striking out "16.72%" and

substituting "14.95%".

4 This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2018.
