Under the authority of

section 257 of the Municipalities Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Schedule

Beginning at the most northerly point in the shoreline of Civil Head at the western entrance to Castle Cove and then running south 16 west a distance of 2,375 metres, more or less;

Then running south 28 east a distance of 1,735 metres, more or less;

Then running north 59 east a distance of 2,835 metres, more or less, to a point in the centre line of the main highroad, that point being approximately midway between the Communities of Duntara and Keels;

Then running north 47 east a distance of 3,050 metres, more or less, to a point in the shoreline of Southern Head at the eastern entrance to Backside Cove;

Then running in a generally westerly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline of Backside Cove, Keels Cove and Castle Cove to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
