OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated August 30, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations to enter into Memorandums of Understanding, from time-to-time, with such foreign governments as the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations determines appropriate regarding the mutual exchange of driver's licenses, in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation with such modifications as the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations determines are necessary, effective on and after September 25, 2012.
