Order in Council 37/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Stacey Ferguson of Peterborough be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Stacey Ferguson was reappointed as full-time member and associate chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective June 18, 2022 by Order in Council O.C. 167/2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 167/2022 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
