OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated June 10, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Agriculture entering into amendments to the Canadian Agricultural Partnership Multilateral Framework Agreement for changes to the AgriStability program as described in this Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement and such operational agreements and appendices as are necessary to implement the agreement.
