Order in Council 373/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Enhancing Access to Justice Act, 2024

April 15, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Enhancing Access to Justice Act, 2024 , c. 2, which amend the Provincial Offences Act , come into force:

Schedule 16, s. 1, 2.
