Section 9 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1995, the Highway 104 Western Alignment Act , is pleased to appoint Peter Hackett of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as the sole director of the Highway 104 Western Alignment Corporation for a term commencing April 24, 2017 and ending March 31, 2019.
