Order in Council 437/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway in the City of Windsor and Town of LaSalle (formerly Geographic Township of Sandwich West), County of Essex, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being:

Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3101-300, filed with the Geomatics Section, West Region of the Ministry of Transportation at London on the 15th day of January 2021;

Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3101-301, filed with the Geomatics Section, West Region of the Ministry of Transportation at London on the 15th day of January 2021; and

Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3101-302, filed with the Geomatics Section, West Region of the Ministry of Transportation at London on the 29th day of January 2021,

be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

chapter P. 50, as amended; and

Order in Council OC -447/2010, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Essex as Instrument CE428072, designating the above-mentioned highway as a controlled access highway and King’s Highway be amended so as to cease to apply to the portions of highway described above.
