OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated April 30, 2010, and pursuant to subsection 4(2) of
Chapter 85 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Condominium Act, is pleased to, effective May 18, 2010:
a) revoke the appointment of Jo-Ann Hamilton as Registrar of Condominiums; and
b) appoint C.A. Mark Coffin as Registrar of Condominiums.
