Order in Council 1601/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006 , S.O. 2006, c. 16, Michael Lindsay of Toronto, be appointed as a member of the Board of Metrolinx to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective December 16, 2024 for a period not extending beyond June 30, 2025.

And further that Order in Council O.C. 1439/2023, dated September 28, 2023, be revoked effective December 16, 2024.
