OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated July 12, 2005, pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 9,035 square feet and 7,116 square feet, situate at Parkers Cove, Annapolis County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and

Schedule "A-1" as shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B" and

Schedule "B-1" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) transfer the Administration and Control to the Federal Government of Canada, for the price of $3,300.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute transfer documents in such form as the Minister determines.
