OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 10, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an area of approximately 6.82 acres, more or less, situate at Grand Lake, Virginia, Annapolis County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Vincent Murray Boutilier and Catherine Anne Boutilier, both of Mill Cove, Lunenburg County, their heirs and assigns, for the consideration of $8,500 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
