OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated August 1, 2013, and pursuant to subsection 8(1) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) accept the transfer of administration and control from the Government of Canada of land located at Belle Côte, Margaree Harbour, Inverness County, containing 5.32 hectares (13.15 acres) and shown outlined in bold on

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, for the consideration of $1.00; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
