OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Office of Economic Development dated August 8, 2002, pursuant to Sections 2(a), (

b) and (e), 6, 16(1)(

b) and (g), and 34(1)(

f) of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder,

Section 2(1)(o), 9(3) and 9(4), and Sections 59A(

a) and 59C(1) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve financial assistance by way of Payroll Rebate Plans authorized by the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated and pursuant to the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act and Regulations between November 6, 2001, and July 12, 2002, as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of the Office of Economic Development dated August 8, 2002; and (

b) authorize the Minister of the Office of Economic Development to execute such consents, agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
