B.C. Reg. 184/2005, deposited March 31, 2005, pursuant

to the LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT [Section 799]. Order in Council 372/2005,

approved and ordered March 30, 2005.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator,

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the

attached Skeena-Queen Charlotte Regional District Requirements Modification

Regulation is made.

SKEENA-QUEEN CHARLOTTE REGIONAL DISTRICT

REQUIREMENTS MODIFICATION REGULATION

Definition

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Local

Government Act .

Local Government Act requirements modified

(1) Subject to subsection (3), the requirements

established under sections 805 (1) and 806 (1) of the Act are

modified such that the date by which compliance with those requirements is required

is modified from April 10 to April 30.

(2) Subject to subsection (3), the requirement established

under

section 815 (1) of the Act is modified such that the date by

which compliance with that requirement is required is modified from March 31 to April 30.

(3) The modification of requirements effected by subsections

(1) and (2) applies only in relation to the Skeena-Queen Charlotte Regional

District and only for the year 2005.
