On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsections 4.1 (2) and (5) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 , Michael Janigan of Toronto be reappointed as a full-time member of the Ontario Energy Board for a fixed term ending on September 12, 2022, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
And further that Order in Council 1334/2019 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
