Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that subsection (2) of
Section 15 of
Chapter 73 of the Acts of 2010,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Securities Act, do come into force on and not before April 20, 2012.
