OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated May 11, 2004, and pursuant to subsections 4(1) and (2) of
Chapter 351 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Nova Scotia Power Finance Corporation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Kalyan Sunderam as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Power Finance Corporation; and (
b) appoint James Isnor, Department of Justice, to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Power Finance Corporation to hold office for a term commencing May 27, 2004, and expiring upon his resignation or the revocation of his appointment.
